Bug reports about wrong numbers are triaged within 24 hours and usually fixed within 72. Suggestions and partnership enquiries get a reply within a week. We don't have a 24/7 support team — this is a one-person operation funded by ads, not a SaaS company.
Privacy of feedback
Emails you send go to a personal inbox and are not shared with any third party. If we use your feedback in a public changelog entry (e.g., crediting a bug report), we will use only your initials unless you ask us to use your full name.
