Reducing-balance amortisation with a full month-by-month schedule, MOT stamp duty rolled in, first-home-buyer exemption toggle, and an early-settlement scenario card. Backed by a new shared rates.json single source of truth and a Vitest unit-test suite (23 tests, golden cases from LHDN/KWSP/BNM).

Real pages replacing the previous footer placeholders. Affiliate disclosure now lists the partner categories under evaluation. Privacy policy updated to cover the upcoming Google AdSense placement.

Index hero card updated to the correct YA 2025 figure

The hero card on the home page previously displayed RM 5,490 of estimated tax for a RM 79,000 chargeable-income example; the correct figure under YA 2025 brackets is RM 5,410. Fixed once unit tests caught the discrepancy.

Launch of Income Tax, EPF Projection, Car Loan, Stamp Duty, and Salary (Malaysia + four regional variants). All with cited formulas, share-link via URL parameters, and the "Last verified" date on each result panel.

How to read this page

Newest changes appear first. Each entry carries the date the change went live, a tag indicating what kind of change it is, and (where relevant) a link to the official source that triggered the update. If a reader's bug report led to a fix, we credit them by initials unless they prefer their full name.
